We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter in the Malmo area of Sweden to support the Malmo Studio.

Your role within our great Kingdom

We are growing globally at supersonic speed so you will need to be expert in high volume and particularly technical (C++ and Java) / online and / or studio product recruiting. We only recruit the world?s best talent, and with the volume we need to recruit, you will need to be a world-class technical recruiter. This person will drive global recruitment activities, balancing strategic planning with high results orientation/execution and managing an International team. We are growing the team and this person needs to have the character, capability and cultural fit to scale with us. You will be:

? Leading and executing Swedish end to end recruitment process focusing on delivering to the Malmo Studio
? Owning the process from sourcing through to onboarding and ensure the highest level of candidate and customer experience during the recruitment process
? Building key relations with stakeholders, understand their needs and deliver commercial and creative sourcing plans to meet aggressive hiring needs
? Coaching, Supporting & Challenging Managers using your recruitment expertise
? Searching for the best talent in a competitive Swedish market - naturally includes quality & efficiency in screening high volume CV?s and scrutinizing and inspiring candidates. You will also be devising diverse and creative sourcing strategies that drive strategic goals for the Business
? Managing targeted search techniques
? Focusing on continual improvement in how you recruit
? You will be a key contributor in shaping our practices to maintain King as an employer of choice.
? You naturally make resourcing plans that are flexible and scalable and you keep your businesses regularly informed.

? Demonstrated multiple strategic year recruiting strategies to help organizations through high volume growth.
? International technical / online recruiter
? Technical or Game Studio recruiting is highly desirable: e.g. for front and back end language/processes e.g. Java, C++, Databases
? Experience from Online or Technology companies, or FMCG
? Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
