HR Services provides globally consistent HR advisory and specialist services to Sandvik employees and line managers across all business areas (BA). The recruitment function within HR Services has the mission of ensuring that Sandvik attracts, selects and recruits candidates that match Sandvik's requirements and future business needs. We are now looking for a customer-focused Recruitment Specialist to take part in the journey to deliver world-class recruitment services to all Sandvik companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The location for the position is Sandviken.

Key performance areas
In this position, you are part of a major team of Recruitment Specialists, as well as Copywriters, Recruitment Administrators and Contract Administrators, all working to guide and support Sandvik's managers in their recruitment processes. With your expertise as Recruitment Specialist, you take ownership of the entire recruitment, from the start-up meeting to the signing of the employee's contract.

You work closely with the recruiting manager to identify the true requirements, conduct selections and perform competency-based interviews and personality tests, as well as all other common tasks connected with the recruitment process. You are responsible for knowing your customers and understanding their business needs, as you guide the manager to a successful new-hire. You also work continually with your team to improve the recruitment function and to attract exceptional candidates to Sandvik.

This position involves traveling within the Nordic region.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or at least two years' relevant work experience within an external recruitment organization. To be successful in this role, you need to be experienced in the entire life cycle of recruitment and used to handling multiple projects in a process-driven and customer-focused environment. We see that you have experience from working with assessment tools and certification in Saville is an advantage, as is the ability to use Social networking tools in recruitment. As we work in an international setting, you must communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both in writing and verbally.
