Role description
Prio 1
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for recruitment within the data unit
Conduct the initial phone interview with shortlisted candidates
Provide to the hiring manager report with an overview of potential candidates
Have a global overview of the recruitment funnel
Be the contact person towards HR/recruitment services and hiring manager
Prio 2
Support in marketing activities of the required positions
Support in employer branding activities to promote the positions to potential candidates
To succeed in this role, it’s important to understand critical data roles and terms, to evaluate candidates properly; however, we can consider giving the intro for that subject
Soft skills
