We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist that want to join our People Attraction and Development team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey going forward!

Who is your future team?
Axis People Attraction Development team consists of specialists working with student relations, sourcing, employer branding, recruitment, and learning & development.

As a team we cover all the areas needed to attract, recruit, develop and retain the most fitting competences in order for Axis to continue our growth.

What you'll do here as Recruitment Specialist?
As a Recruitment Specialist you have an important role as a professional recruitment partner in guiding our managers through our process, providing support in the area of recruitment, and giving recruitment advice as well as administrative support.

You will work in close collaboration with our line managers, talent sourcing specialist, as well as with the other recruitment specialists and the rest of our HR team. Your main responsibilities will be:

* Support managers in the recruitment process to ensure quality and efficiency
* Writing and publishing of ads
* Preparation, participation and follow up of interviews
* Sustain and promote our culture and core values
* Secure an open inclusive recruitment process using a competency-based recruitment method
* Work with managers to align competence and recruitment needs cross different departments
* Participate in continuous improvement projects connected to recruitment and related processes

We'd love to hear that you also:

* Have previous experience from similar tasks
* Understand the importance of working competency based
* Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
