Recruitment Specialist

If you are looking for your next step, then this might be the role for you! We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to work within IKEA Range & Supply as part of our Human Resources team.

As a Recruitment Specialist you play an important role in the HR department. You will work as a partner to Hiring Managers and HR in the different Business Areas of Range & Supply to ensure that we attract and recruit the right people to grow IKEA together.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and following the selection procedures and ensuring they are followed by recruiters to deliver a transparent approach and high-quality selection of co-workers and managers to all functions.
• Drive and support the recruitment process together with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Ensuring all HR communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand. Contributing to the positioning of IKEA as an attractive place to work and the preferred employer by gaining and applying relevant insights.
• You will help building a pipeline of internal talent according to the agreed succession plan.
• Working with a variety of different Recruitment Tools and Assessment methods

You have experience in recruitment, development and succession and you have been leading projects and processes.

Furthermore you have strong communication skills, can work well with others and build trustful relationships. You feel confident in your knowledge within recruitment and/or HR and you are self-motivated with the ability to take initiative. You also have the ability to prioritize and organize your work to make the most efficient use of the time available. Working in a team comes natural for you and you know how to use the strengths that come with it.
