Recruitment Specialist

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Recruitment Specialist for a temporary one-year assignment. The role will be part of a growing and talented Group HR team at our Innovation Centre in Malmö and give support to our awarded and worldwide forefront IT and technology teams together with other functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance. In this position you will be reporting directly into our HR Director, Group HR Operations Sweden.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It is an exciting opportunity with high exposure to our business where you will bring value through attracting and hiring the best talent in the area. You will join a driven HR team of 10 people where three other Talent Acquisition Specialists will be your closest colleagues.

As Verisure’s new recruiter, you will be involved in increasing the growth rate of our Innovation Center. Together with our hiring managers, you look at current and future hiring needs. You own the full recruitment process from startup meeting to contract signing. By building a close partnership with our hiring managers, you become a natural business partner when it comes to strategies for building their team. We also expect you to create a good candidate experience for everyone applying for a job at Verisure.

Who you are
We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual who wants to join an international, growing business. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar, and probably 2-3 years’ experience of recruitment and search, preferably to a variety of roles. You would describe yourself as outgoing and confidence inspiring, and one of your main strengths is to create close relationships to other people.
