The role is a approximately 12-month secondment based in Södertälje, Sweden.

Key Accountabilities
As Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for managing multiple Talent Acquisition campaigns and executing Talent Acquisition strategies with the aim of filling local and global vacancies with top talent – all within a timely and cost-efficient manner.
You will work closely and develop key relationships with HR Business Partners, Global talent acquisition colleagues, business leaders and hiring managers to help you achieve this goal.
A pro-active approach is a must to ensure you can deliver a world class Talent Acquisition service. A typical day includes working with sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, managing the hire administration process and onboarding. You will ensure that all of this is compliant with our Global recruitment standards and guidelines.
In addition to the day-to-day recruitment you are also working with 3rd party suppliers, supporting projects both locally and globally and coaching hiring managers in best practice recruitment.
Stakeholder management skills are critical in this role along with the ability to build relationships quickly.

Your background
Your experience will include delivering the full recruitment life cycle and your expertise in identifying and securing candidates will have been gained in a similar fast paced environment
You are fluent in Swedish and English in both verbal and writing, and naturally you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Building and maintaining professional relationships is a must as is a positive and professional outlook
Experience of recruiting in different countries, managing multiple stakeholders and adjusting to different cultures
Strong organizational and prioritization skills will be critical to ensure that you can deliver to multiple stakeholders in varying number of countries
A passion for recruiting and driving direct sourcing methods
Commitment to standards and experience of ensuring these are met, to include education of stakeholders
Experience of working within Life Sciences or the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable as is experience of recruiting
