Recruitment Service is a new service and one of the Shared HR Services in Sweden. Centralized recruitment services will serve all businesses and act as center of expertise in all recruitment related topics. This is a new position and at first phase recruitment specialist will mainly work with Fazer Food Services organisation in Sweden.
Your job in creating taste sensations
As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibility is to provide recruitment support for internal customers. You will independently conduct white collar recruitments in co-operation with hiring manager for Fazer Food Services Sweden. It is about job advertising, screening and managing internal pool, screening external applications, interviewing and conducting SHL assessments. In addition, you assist restaurant managers in blue collar recruitments and support in recruitment marketing. You plan and build recruitment campaigns and you will be coordinating local recruitment partners for recruitment advertising and for temporary hiring needs. As a member of recruitment team you will participate in weekly team meetings with your Finnish colleagues. You will report to Senior Recruitment Manager, Fazer Services and your location will be in Stockholm, Sweden. Position is permanent and requires some travelling.

You have an essential role in building up new recruitment service and service model for local organization. To succeed in this position, you need excellent communication skills, as well as customer service and development oriented mindset. You are known as a positive and energetic team worker who has good networking skills and high integrity. Your professionalism is based on a BBA degree in a suitable field with few years of experience in recruitment tasks. We appreciate experience in customer service or professional services, business understanding and basic knowledge on employment issues. Additionally, ability to manage a number of complex tasks in parallel is necessary. We expect you to have skills in conducting interviews fluently both in Swedish and in English. Finnish is seen as an asset.
