Recruitment Support Executive - 12 month contract

The challenge
Working within our HR team you will get a fantastic opportunity to support this key function in various tasks related to people and culture. You will develop a broad knowledge within HR as you support Talent Acquisition in securing great talent for our business. Your responsibilities will vary between a wide spectra of tasks depending on the need of the organization.
The Role
Your day to day will cover a number of different activities and responsibilities, including:
• Supporting our Talent Acquisition team in attracting, assessing, recruiting and onboarding new hires
• Helping to build talent attraction campaigns and growing our employer brand through various activities on and offline
• Supporting across multiple TA related projects
• Working on multiple systems, including our Candidate ATS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Coordinating and running new hire inductions

What you need
You are someone who is looking to develop their career within Talent Acquisition. You will ideally have experience within a Recruitment / TA function, having supported on candidate engagement, screening, interviews and onboarding. You will be able to join us on short notice for an initial period of 12 months.
We would also need you to:
• Have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Have strong computer skills including MS office
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine interest in developing within TA
• Be strongly motivated with a focus on your personal development and learning
