Recruitment Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader for fast progression and opportunity to become a senior manager in one of our specialist markets.
We are seeking driven and proactive individual to join the team in the Stockholm office to help shape our journey.
Requirements:
· Degree qualification
· Experience managing in Recruitment Sales for permanent and/or temporary recruitment
· Track record in client and customer facing roles
· Prior success in winning new business and leading sales strategy across the Nordics
· Process driven nature
· Competitive and motivated for success and personal development
· Strong communicator and willing to perform a volume of sales and face to face contact
· Project Management experience
· Tender Process experience
· Native English Speaker
· Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish knowledge of advantage
