Role Summary:
Recruitment/Staffing manager, manages and develops the HR-
business related Recruitment/Staffing function in the company, and
the function focuses on finding both clients and candidates, as well
as leading on day to day bases the Talen Acquisition Specialists team
members. Recruitment/Staffing manager is a part of the executive
team and reports to CEO.

Lead the team of recruitment & staffing.
Sales Driven, be responsible for the headhunting & Staffing
revenue.
Lead the team to find candidates for customers, offer interim
managers or workers in both private and public sectors.
Matching the right candidates, evaluation, and follow-up.
Replace, support or coach existing consultants or workers in
the short or long term, depending on customer needs and
create both immediate and long-term sustainable results.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive
knowledge of our offerings.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions
address them.
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting
sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading
team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales
tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
Examples of core areas but not limited to the role.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our
customer base and extends the company's global reach.
Meet with potential clients and develop long-lasting
relationships that address their needs.
Recruit Talent Acquisition Specialists, set objectives, train, and
coach them, and monitor their performance.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for
filling them.
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins
with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions
and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a
consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online
employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill
open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best
suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a
good employment opportunity.
Managing internship programs.
Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and
regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
University degree master’s or bachelor’s degree or similar.
Five or more years of experience in managing sales and
recruitment in a corporate setting.
Experience in dealing with C-level management.
Fluent in written and oral English and Swedish or Mandarin.
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from
planning to closing.
Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
