Red Team Specialist - Volvo Group Digital & IT

Are you passionate about finding and exploiting vulnerabilities in systems and applications? Do you have experience in penetration testing, social engineering, and other offensive security techniques? If so, we're looking for a Red Team Specialist to join our team!
As a Red Team Specialist, you'll work with our security team to simulate real-world attacks against our organization. You'll use your expertise to identify weaknesses in our systems and applications, and work with our developers and IT teams to remediate these vulnerabilities before real attackers can exploit them.
Responsibilities:
Conducting red team assessments against our organization's systems and applications
Developing custom tools and techniques to simulate attacks
Collaborating with our security, IT, and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities
Documenting your findings and providing recommendations to improve our overall security posture
Staying up-to-date with the latest attack techniques and security trends

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in offensive security, with a focus on red teaming and penetration testing
Familiarity with common attack techniques and tools, such as Metasploit, Empire, and Cobalt Strike
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and web applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
