We are currently searching for the perfect candidate to lead the accounting operations. This position is a key member of our leadership team driving central expertise and global practices, policies and systems.

What are we looking for?
This position is responsible for the effective oversight of all financial systems, accounting and reporting activities. Reporting to the CFO, the position will be involved in all aspects of building the financial system and policies which will support a global expansion. This includes overseeing all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, maintaining internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenues, costs and actual expenditures and of course timely issuance of company financial statements in line with local regulations and internal practices. The position will also be responsible for leading our global expansion by setting up new countries.

Who are you?
You are a master of detail and fully confident with generally accepted accounting principles and or international financial reporting standards. You also love to partner with the business and help not only educate regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support their operations. You have solid leadership skills and can work to build, coach and develop a team to help deliver in a rapidly growing environment. Having experience of selecting vendors and procuring suppliers is a plus as well as implementing financial systems.

Most of all, you like to work in an evolving fast paced environment. You thrive in ambiguity and find it fascinating to find solutions and build a world class accounting function. You are a problem solver and disruptive thinker. You know how to generate ideas and innovation in your field and importantly can work through plans on flawless execution. You have previously worked in an international organization, preferable having been a lead in setting up the global operations. You have a degree in business or equivalent and have worked both in a public accounting firm as well as in-house in a similar role.
