Nu söker vi en redovisningsekonom för ett spännande och utvecklande uppdrag hos vår kund Nordex. Uppdraget är på heltid och beräknas börja så snart som möjligt och pågå i 6 månader med mycket goda chanser till förlängning eller övertag. För detta uppdrag blir du anställd av Poolia som en av våra mycket uppskattade konsulter.

About the position
We are now looking for a Finance Specialist to support Nordex Head of Finance Region Nordic with various financial tasks as described below, mostly for Sweden but also to support their teams in Finland and Norway. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a large global organization and to grow in your role. The Finance Specialist will be placed at Nordex new and modern Swedish headquarters in Boländerna, Uppsala.

Responsibilities
• Provide finance and commercial support to the Head of Finance Region Nordic and other key functions.
• Manage booking of incoming invoices and aged debts profiling. Maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Involved and responsible of both Accounts payables (AP) and Accounts receivables (AR)
• Following up on invoices (AP & AR). Take a leading role in AR for the Nordic region.
• Coordinate vendors’ payments process and provide support to Nordex Treasury department.
• Checking and overseeing account balances.
• Reconciliation and booking of monetary transactions.
• Support the Head of Finance Region Nordic in monthly closing and various financial reporting.
• Interface with external professional advisors as required (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, lawyers etc.).
• Support the Project Management team on all finance and accounting matters.
• Drafting and negotiating of minor purchasing contracts with local vendors (e.g. office rental contract, HSE services, utilities etc.).
• Support the Head of Finance Region Nordic on all finance matters, e.g. regular updates for financial forecasts and annual budget process.
• Administer the company car fleet, especially new orders and sell of vehicles.
• Provide guidance and support to the operations staff relevant to the finance accounting processes and procedures.
• Other administrative tasks including procurement of office supplies and ordering of IT equipment from the German headquarters in Hamburg.

Your profile
The job position require earlier accounting experience, preferably in an international environment. The plan is to train the Finance Specialist to eventually independently oversee all financial aspects for the Swedish entity.

In order to be successful in this role, we see that you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Academic ability as well as strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Being prepared to undertake routine tasks as well as to manage tasks that are more advanced, after introduction/training by the Head of Finance Region Nordic.
• Good communication and negotiation skills; being highly motivated and business-oriented.
• Comfortable to work independently within a matrix based organisation - direction will come from both the local managers and the finance and accounting departments in Germany.
• Knowledge of both Swedish and IFRS accounting standards.
• Former experience of SAP is welcome.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal – internally as well as externally (vendors).
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and skilled in working with numbers and figures.
• Customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and within a small team.
• Attention to details.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Committed and ready to take ownership.
