About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled member of the Refrigeration team.

The primary focus will be to design the refrigeration systems to the required product specifications regarding performance and reliability. Determine necessary tests and evaluations and analyze the results.

By joining early on, you will influence working methods and technology choices and play a key role in shaping our product. You will have the opportunity to make key decisions in our product development and play an essential role in the creation of our product.

Other responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed




What we would like you to have

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have the following:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and thermodynamics
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems
- Experience in testing and validation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of the product development process
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- An open mindset and enjoy working in a start-up environment with high ambition to scale fast
