We are looking for a Regional Access Manager for a Pharmaceutical company in the Southern Sweden. The aim is to influence patient access and overall funding system and willingness to invest in innovation to ensure optimal value of our clients portfolio on regional level. The role ensures insights on a regional level and drives the implementation of the cross-functional regional plan towards healthcare decision-makers across the companies portfolio.

Om tjänsten
• Responsible for identifying and developing solutions to challenges and tapping into opportunities to maximise the access and uptake of our portfolto and pipeline in close collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Lead the collaboration process with hospital pharmacists, clinical pharmacologists, key regional administrators, economists, key members of formulary committees and key hospital directors.
• Influence regional funding processes and take responsibility for regional budget preparations. This includes analysis of market data on regional pharma levels and regional budgets and identification of additional resources for prioritized brands.
• Structure the introduction of prioritized new brands in the regions through Advanced Notification meetings and communication of value stories, HE analysis and BIMs.
• Develop and initiate strategic regional projects, as part of the Country Planning process
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with various stakeholders. Participate in health economics networks and drive and coordinate all activities and contacts with key healthcare and pharmaceutical stakeholders at a regional and local level.
• Collaborate and align with local Key Account Managers, Medical, HEMAR and Business Leads to achieve and continuously improve local and regional recommendations, listings and guideline positions
• Improve the rate and number of patients who get access to our treatments in the Region
• Represent regional market access topics in the Nordic market access team, including sharing best practices
• Work as a coordinator between regions to leverage differences and resources. Work to abtain equal care with the region of responsbility
• Collaborate with the Government Affairs and Patient Engagement & Advocacy Leader on multi stakeholder intiatives on regional level (Policy Maker Events or Patinet organization events)
• Support Country Market Access lead in regional tender & contract management as required
• Take responsibility for regional access as part of Country Market Access plans per TA and drive market access events in the region.
• Enhance the use of multi-channel communication.


Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
• Ensures alignment of the all activities with the company; applicable procedures and policies including but not limited to those related with Health Care Compliance, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, GCPs, Regulatory Regulations and local Legislation;
• Ensures safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors;
• Ensures HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials;
• Complies with designated SOP’s and mandatory training for the role (Mandatory Training : MTP Matrix )
• Complete annual Adverse Event and Quality Complaint Reporting Awareness training and HCC/FCPA Awareness training
• Report Adverse Events and Quality complaints in a timely way according to current guidelines/SOP
• Acts in accordance with the company HCC requirements in interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials
• If commissioning contractors or third party organisations, perform Due Diligence where applicable, put compliant contracts in place and provide training, ensuring these individuals also act in accordance with the company HCC requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals or Government Officials and ensure reporting of adverse events and quality complaints resulting from such collaborations (as above).


Vem är du?
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
• Valid driver’s license required
• High proficiency in Swedish language required
• High proficiency in spoken and written English required
