Power your life Vestas offers you challenging global career opportunities in the fast-growing, sustainable wind power industry.Our 28% market share makes us the world leader.We have already installed over 33.500 wind turbines in 63 countries and currently save the world from more than 30 million tons of CO2 per year.Regional Admin Support, Vestas Northern Europe A/S, Malmo Department Vestas Northern Europe A/S is establishing new head office in Malmo in 2008.Vestas Northern Europe A/S is our Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK Poland and the Baltic's and we are responsible for Sales, Project and Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these countries.Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors.For our new head office in Malmo and to handle the growth in our business we are searching for new employees who will be part of developing Vestas Northern Europe A/S.The Service Department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind farms within Sweden and Sjælland.The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success.You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees. Responsibilities and tasks Our new regional support will be part of a regional team and you will get the responsibility for providing administrative support and ensure that both manual files and key database systems are accurate and up to date.Your tasks will primarily be: -Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager and other office based team members.-Administration of service cars -Make travel arrangements for the regional team -Maintain the training database for all regional employees and plan workshop attendance -Provide support as needed with travel arrangements for regional employees -Input data on routine basis into range of department databases -Administration of service contracts -Maintain holiday planner Qualifications and work experience -You have at least two year in an administrative role -Educated within administration or finance -Able to read and understand English -You have good verbal and written communication skills -Strong customer focus -You have an organised and methodical approach to work and attention to detail -Able to prioritise own workload What we offer A competitive salary and benefit package.Additional information Primary work location at our new office in Malmo.no.Application for this position will be handled by Adecco.You can apply for the job through the web page of Adecco.
