Regional Business Controller

In your future role as regional business controller, you will
support growth and profitability of Renewable Fibers business line by providing insights and analysis of financial performance. Comprehensive analysis of financial performance to identify business improvement initiatives. Coordination of month end financial closing and financial planning and forecasting on regional business line level. Finance business partnering with global functions (RD&I, Technology Group, Marketing,). Support growth projects (investments) from financial perspective. Be a business partner with regional sales managers.
Regional P&L for the business line - prepare in-depth P&L analysis on monthly basis that include analysis on customer and product level, thus allowing profitability analysis of segments/products/regions/plants/etc to CM/EBITDA level.
Develop comparisons between periods/forecast and communicate to business teams by preparing presentation slides with comments and insights
Provide support from financial perspective to Business and Finance functional projects
Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations
Be the eyes and the ears for the business, work proactive with improvements
Support in global projects, within the Business Line but also for the BU.



We believe you bring
Master’s in finance / economics, Business Administration or similar
Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling roles
Fluent in English



Great if you have
Strong knowledge of SAP/SAP BW

You are an excellent analytical and problem-solving person and have the ability to manage complex tasks. You are a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as solution-oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You also have a good ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and colleagues in a non-prestigious and trustworthy way.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Controller Renewable Fibres Control Technology Solutions, based in Gothenburg.
