The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Business Controller Portfolio you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Regional Expansion team and work closely with the Regional Head of Expansion Controlling to set the expansion strategy and portfolio management for the region.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the strategy for growth, consolidations, negotiations, and portfolio management in the region.
Perform portfolio analysis to identify key success factors for achieving the best possible return on our investments. This includes deeper understanding of cost drivers and future potential within retail in order to support in strategic planning for our store portfolio within the region.
Support in setting methods for budgeting, building up P&Ls, and sales forecasting.
Driving improvements of tools and processes for the region.
Analyzing and visualizing data in excel and Power BI.

Qualifications
We see that you are a result driven person with strong analytical skills, have the ability to structure and present information and are used to handling large sets of data. You are good in communicating and presenting information, in order to transfer knowledge and insights to the regional team and the sales market teams. You work strategically and always have a multi-brand and multi-channel perspective. You effectively collaborate with groups of diverse people and you communicate in an inspiring way to motivate colleagues and teams.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience working as a controller.
Experience from working in controlling, investment, or portfolio management
Knowledge about common accounting principles.
A degree in business administration or engineering is meriting.
Advanced skills in MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Great teamwork and collaborative ability.
Can understand, read, speak and write English at an advanced level.
