Alfa Lavalés Parts & Service business is a commitment to improve our customers processes and a major growth driver for the company.Based on our achievements in infrastructure, service culture and the Parts & Service business plan we have created a dedicated regional business management function to develop the Parts & Service business in Asia.
We are looking for a Regional Business Manager (Asia) with a permanent position in Lund.
Your key tasks will be:
- Implementation of the Parts &Service strategy and products at sales companies within the region
- Ownership of the market planning process and defined Key Drivers within the region
- Initiate and support initiatives to capture the potential of the existing/expected installed base - locally and regionally across borders
- Initiate and support development of local resources and competences in line with respective business potential
- Target-setting, benchmarking, performance follow-up in close cooperation with the
Alfa Laval regional Vice President and central Parts & Service management
- Definition/Development of specific market communication material, sales-tools, training or other dedicated support for the region
We are looking for a person with a technical or commercial university degree and minimum 3-4 years experience within the Service Business and/or business experience in Asia.
As a person we expect you to be inspired by the challenges of Service Business within Alfa Laval.You are experienced from working with customers and striving to turn customer expectations into service business for Alfa Laval.You are a good communicator with lots of initiative and will easily work across borders within the entire Alfa Laval organization.
In this position you will be travelling frequently.
