We are currently looking for a Regional Controller for Northern Europe. Are you or do you know someone who might be the right person for this job?
As Regional Controller you will act as member of and a business partner to the Northern Europe Sales management team and actively execute financial and business control within the Region.
Your main responsibility will be to control the sales and financial performance of our Sales Entities in Northern Europe, including Nordics, Baltics, Russia, Ukraine and distributors in CIS within the Husqvarna Division. This includes analyzing financial data, reporting progress towards commitments and follow-up of KPI’s. With your analyzes you will support management with sound financial judgement and action taken.
The position includes some but not extensive travelling. You could be located anywhere in countries mentioned above.
You will report to Vice President Sales & Service Region Northern Europe, Eric Stegemyr.

Responsibilities
Drive the monthly follow up as well as budget- and forecast processes within Husqvarna Division in Northern Europe.
Together with the regional pricing manager be responsible for price development and follow up.
Continuously improve data quality related to financial reporting.
Direct and indirect manage the Sales Finance team across the region.
Prepare for and be an active participant in Operating reviews.
Take active part in group wide projects in the area of controlling.
Key stakeholder in sales and marketing related business projects.



Relevant background
Minimum 5 years’ experience from operational finance
Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
Progressive experience in Accounting/Finance including, budgeting, and forecasting
Fluent in English
Advanced excel skills, ERP/MRP proficiency (preferably JDE/SAP), Power BI is a plus
Experience in a multi-national organization is desired
