Regional Credit Manager - Scandinavia

Stockholm - Sweden Our client: Buena Vista Home Entertainment (BVHE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company.As part of The Walt Disney Studios, BVHE distributes and markets products from the Company's various labels including Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures and Miramax.We are now on the behalf of our client seeking to recruit a Regional Credit Manager - Scandinavia.The position is based in Stockholm and will report and work closely with Regional Finance Director Scandinavia and European Credit Director. Your Challenge: - Pro-actively support the sales team and ensure that the credit policies are efficient to minimize the risks - Actively work to improve the credit assessment process - Manage internal and external relations with different partners to implement better business practices - Set up strategies and develop tools for improved credit control - Responsible to manage the credit personnel, motivate and develop the persons both individually and as a group Your Profile: - BSc or MSc in finance with minimum four years of relevant experience, preferable from credit and collection within FMCG - Ability to work independently as well as in a group towards common goals - Strong interpersonal skills, candidate who is comfortable with leading and motivating group of people - Knowledge of SAP R/3 is seen as a merit - Highly motivated and self driven - Excellent communications skills in English and Swedish Your Application: Would you like to be a part of Buena Vista's success in Scandinavia?
