At the moment we are looking for the right person to fill an open position as a regional customer order specialist to join the Order team within our Operations department.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Regional Customer Order Specialist based in Lund, Sweden, you will handle customer orders received from our distributors, suppliers and subsidiaries. You will be the main point of contact regarding orders, deliveries and order related enquiries.
You will be a part of the Global Order team within Axis. The Central Order team in Lund consists of ca. 14 people and together with the local Order teams based in Americas, Asia and Russia we form the Global Order team. Each team member is responsible for different geographical areas.
You will have external interactions with our distributors and internal interactions mainly with our Distribution Account Managers and our Configurations and Logistic Centres. Your role and work as Regional Customer Order Specialist will greatly influence the customers’ experience of Axis. Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing a strong relationship with our distributors. For this you need excellent understanding of customers’ needs in different cultures and to maintain highest focus on customer satisfaction.
Other responsibilities include processing the customer orders into our ERP-system and to send out order confirmations.
This position involves a few days of travelling a year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a socially skilled team player with a professional attitude and the ability to manage international contacts in a multi-cultural environment. You have a structured way of solving and attacking tasks and issues, a flexible approach and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under a high pace. As you need to insure information communicated to the customer is accurate and complete, you need to have a thorough mind-set with an eye for details.
As teamwork is crucial for Axis we believe it's important that you also possesses the ability to cooperate in a cross-functional environment, contributing to a good team spirit and stimulating work atmosphere.
Furthermore you are an experienced communicator with excellent writing skills in both English and Swedish. You have at least three years of experience of working in an ERP-system and good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
