WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Regional Customer Order Specialist based in Lund, Sweden, you will handle customer orders received from our distributors and internal orders from Axis and our subsidiaries. You will also be the main point of contact regarding orders, deliveries and order related queries. Your key interfaces will be our customers and Axis’ Sales organisation, our Configurations and Logistic Centres, Purchasing, Logistics and Customs teams.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Responsible for a geographical area as well as a back-up for the rest of the team
• Customer service/care (handling challenging customer queries and customer returns in an efficient manner)
• Order entry (the whole process from order placement, coordination with the Purchase-CLC-Logistics teams to monitor and follow-up deliveries, order confirmations, shipments etc.)
• To mediate and coordinate between the customer and different departments within Axis
• Perform export control
• Establish and nurture a strong relationship with our distributors and Sales organisation. For this you need highest focus on customer satisfaction and excellent understanding of customers’ needs in different cultures
• Knowledge sharing - document and maintain instructions and routines according to organisational guidelines
This position may involve a few days of travelling during the assignment.
This is a temporary position until September 2016.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have held similar roles in an international environment or within a global organisation with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• At least 2 years of experience of working in an ERP-system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• You need to be an experienced communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Swedish to manage international contacts in a multi-cultural environment. Other languages are beneficial
• Knowledge about Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
• Knowledge about restricted items and dual-use regulations
We believe that you are an administrative professional with strong business acumen who always puts the customer first. You have the ability to show initiative and possess a keen interest in driving improvements and streamlining internal processes related to your area in a structured way, always maintaining highest attention to details.

• Have the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Processing large volume of transactions under a high pace with proficiency while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness, accuracy and integrity
• Effectively structure and prioritize your own work to meet deadlines and KPI’s
• You are an independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to cope with continuous changes
• You need to have a through mind-set with an eye for details

THE GLOBAL ORDER DEPARTMENT
You will be a part of the Global Order Team within Axis. The Central Order Team in Lund consists of ca. 14 people and together with the local Order teams based in Americas, Asia and Russia we form the Global Order Team.
