This is having a major impact on the technology platforms needed and specifically the impact on the Data Centre platform that is the underlying enabler of a lot of our customer businesses.
The past of only “enterprise” Data Centers built by the customer’s IT & Facility departments is changing dramatically to now a situation where there are many types of Data Centre, which are delivering levels of performance and specification. We are now looking for a Regional Data Center Leader to enable Schneider Electric’s drive towards solutions business for Secure Power division in the Nordic & Baltic Zone.
What will you do?
Align the Secure Power Commercial Strategy and provide leadership in building an effective organization and developing a roadmap to ensure the right competence level at all stages of the Data Centre lifecycle.
Ensuring that all the system business solutions secured by the Nordic & Baltic business are implemented on time, compliant to our standards and achieves highest customer satisfaction rate while working with key stakeholders.
Engage with our customer on the most complex types of projects while representing the entire Data Centre opportunity encompassing all Schneider Electric hardware, software and services & also all relevant 3rd party solutions.
Ensure strong collaboration between Country-Cluster Application Center teams and key stakeholders from Countries, Zones, Regions, Segments, Businesses, Global Solution, Global Strategic and Targeted Customers teams.
Efficient resource management during Project Execution and adherence to good systems practices, governance, and tools. Also manage the team delivery from a technical and commercial perspective.
Support the zone CS&P segment lead on the country cadence calls to define action plans in relation to key opportunities and follow-up of the action plan. Also support & contribute at sales stage in assessing the project timelines in front of resources and planning.
Master solution business risks in the execution phase on the order portfolio level to insure accurate risk coverage and mitigation with opportunities. Take a specific focus on effective implementation of Contract, Claim and Change Order management processes within Application Centre teams.
The role will be based at our Swedish HQ in Solna but with travel to sites across the country and the Nordics.
What will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and/or Master’s in Business Administration
Relevant Professional qualifications (i.e. in the fields of Data Centre, Mechanical & Electrical design, Project Management etc.)
A strong understanding of Data Centre design and concepts for the infrastructure layer.
Experience leading teams.
Uptime certification or similar experience.
You must be able to communicate well orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
