Job Description
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Regional Data Privacy Coordinator you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Regional Controlling team and work in close collaboration with the Regional Head of Controlling.
Create and uphold Regional Privacy Guidelines and expectations based on local legislation (countries within Region) and central guidelines
Identification of potential gaps and an owner of strategic and tactical plan to mitigate such potential gaps including recurring reviews and audits
Follow up and reporting of current state, risks and plans to regional and central key stakeholders
Establishing Regional understanding, commitment and support to expectation and plan with Regional Management Team as well as Regional organization
Expectation management, empowerment and support to Country Data Privacy Coordinators (countries within the Region)
Together with the Central Organization, evaluate and elaborate the creation and implementation of this new role for the Group
Stay updated on developments within the local data protection area or changes to the global compliance program
Proactively guide and support privacy compliance and data enablement in connection with the Regional strategy /business plan

Besides your personality we see that you have:
Profound knowledge of GDPR and regional data protection legislation. Both from relevant academic background and practical experience
Have a strong managerial background with a proven track record of reaching ambitious targets
great cooperation skills with both formal and informal stakeholders
Broad experience in data protection and legal compliance
Ability to identify and recognise opportunities for new or improved technologies to enable a more effective data protection compliance function and improvements.

This is a permanent position on a local contract at our office in Stockholm, reporting to Regional Controller and Central Data Privacy Office.
