Regional Delivery Director

We are now looking for a Regional Delivery Director to join our Financial Solutions department. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extensive travel can be expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Regional Delivery Director you will manage delivery responsibility for customers in Europe and be responsible for business development in Nordics. Other key responsibilities include:


·        Responsible for achieving revenue targets from existing accounts - BAU and upsell
·        Responsible for overall delivery scorecard for TCS FS accounts in Europe
·        Monitor program progress and delivery dashboards
·        Highlight program risks to TCS FS & Customer management in a timely manner for all key TCS BaNCS implementation programs
·        Engage with Customers in Steering Committee meetings and ensure program objectives are met
·        Responsible for coordinating of reference visits in the geography
·        Management oversight for recent Go-lives & Ongoing programs
·        Support sales teams in Sweden and Nordics for new opportunities for TCS BaNCS
·        Internal business planning and period revenue, DSO & Collections progress tracking
·        Internal Status reporting – periodic updates to TCS FS Management on health of customer relationships and key risks to be managed
·        Overall responsible for achieving & CSI targets and ensure positive feedback in Lifeline surveys
YOUR PROFILE
You have 20 years’ experience in the area and minimum 10 years of core product experience, with 5 years’ experience in banking transformations. Negotiating contracts and new Opportunities, Interpersonal skills, Team building.
·        Competency with TCS BaNCS Product knowledge and understanding of TCS BaNCS Offering
·        Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
·        Customer delivery management and to provide innovative solutions to customer related to Usage of the Products
·        Competency in Large Banking Transformations.
·        Management representation for customers in the Geography
