For their infrastructure division our client is presently looking for a: Regional Director - Infrastructure Division (Warszawa. Poland)
Job Description
The position is one of the Top responsible positions in the Production Area. The Regional Director of the Infrastructure Division will be responsible to implement the strategic rules of the Group in the projects assigned and managed.
Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities
· Projects results (P&L) accountability of projects portfolio.
· Resource allocation management for all related design and construction activities.
· Devise strategies and implement objectives for improving projects EBITDA in collaboration with project managers.
· Analysis of quarterly follow-up operational reports to Director of Roads, Cash-Flow forecasts and monthly progress of projects Contract Management by monitoring claims, changes of scope and budgets´ negotiation with Authority Engineers/Clients.
· Coordination of operations by supervising project managers in areas such as design, procurement, execution methods, planning and Human Resources for the portfolio of projects.
Requirements
· Civil engineering Degree
· At least 5 years in a similar position in the construction of EPC Roads Projects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of English
· Very good negotiation skills
· Ability to work in Multicultural Teams.
· Location: The place of work is quite flexible as the basement can be one of those free voidoshipsh: mazowieckie, podkarpackie I podlaskie
Other Information
§ All the teams will be Polish or only with the possibility to communicate in English.
§ Salary could be higher if the candidate is suitable.
