Act as a business partner to Sweden RDC manager and NCE Commercial operations leader. Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions. PGs in scope 3079, 3086 and 3604 for SE and general support to NCE comm ops leader on any controlling related topics.
Your responsibilities
Partners with Sweden RDC manager and NCE Commercial operations leader in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing implementation and monitoring plan.
Ensures financial reporting is in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
Drives business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility.
Supports operational decision-making by monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis.
Drives definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process within own area of responsibility.
Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant stakeholders.
Defines and implements internal controls and ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelors’ degree in Finance related area.
5 years of relevant experience in multicultural environment.
Good knowledge of SAP, BI and MS Office tools.
Broad functional knowledge and expertise, including business acumen.
Collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels and comfortable with uncertain and evolving situations.
Proficiency in English language is a must.
