We are looking for a Regional ERP Manager who will be responsible to create and maintain best in class end-to-end ERP/SAP services for the Northern Europe Region. You will be part of an international team where you will get the chance to impact the evolution of our application landscape.

Your responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of IT-professional across Northern Europe
Partner with IT-Managers and IT-experts across the organization to assure successful delivery
Collaborate with your team on continuous improvement projects, and implement best practices
Support the deployment of Global strategic programs with SAP as the chosen ERP-systems
End to end accountable for managing handed over ERP(s)
Manage the delivery of services to the agreed schedule, cost, service levels and quality
Engage with ABB in order to ensures successful service delivery for ERPs
Manage your assigned budget and participate in the definition of costs and schedules

Your background
You have proven project and service management experience in a highly integrated SAP ERP environment with multiple stakeholders
Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing at least one SAP module with good overall understanding of SAP features and concepts
Knowledge and experience in project and service management lifecycle processes, tools, methodologies, and standards
Highly adept at bridging, translating, and integrating business with IT
Ability to manage & communicate effectively with different stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills are highly desirable
Ability to generate new ideas, handle complex, challenge status quo, support change and foster innovation
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline is advantageous
