The Export Division is a fast growing and successful unit putting the customer values in focus.We are expecting strong expansion in all geographical areas and are therefore looking for a person with the potential to growth both in business and as a person with interest and ability to bigger tasks.Maybe the next Export Manager in Ecophon Group!You will be responsible for customers and partners within your regions, which means regular contacts with our distributors, architects, consultants, main contractors etc.The regions are not decided yet, but they will be both near and far.This includes frequent travels (approx 100 days per annum).You will be a part of an international sales force spread out in Europe and globally.Ecophon in total consist of 10 sales companies and the Export Department together with 3-4 Business Units located abroad. You are responsible for the strategic and operational goals of your regions.You shall generate business and achieve good knowledge of the local markets and competition.Transferring knowledge is a major part of the work.You will have your own full budget and cost responsibility. We expect that you are an independent and skilled businessman with a technical understanding and analytical ability.Your education is at university level, and you have proven experience in sales and in creating long term business relations.Management and leadership-skills are required.Good negotiation and interpersonal skills and cultural understanding are a condition since you will be dealing with different cultures and business climates.Good communication and presentation skills in English is a must, other languages are a merit.
