We at Nordex Sweden are currently looking for a student to work as an Regional Field Support Coordinator to our office in Uppsala. The main tasks are supporting the Field Support Technicians throughout the Nordic Region with training bookings, developing and updating of training material and updating all relevant databases used both locally and centrally. They will support with all administrative duties when it comes to technical trainings ensuring all materials are prepared and ready for the courses planned. The position is a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2022. As a working student at Nordex, you will be able to put theory into practice while continuing with your studies. The working hours will be in general 20h/week, but are flexible depending on your studies and course schedule. During the summer months we also offer a possibility for working full-time.
MAIN DUTIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Proactively ensure Technical Trainings do not expire by maintaining the training database, booking courses, and communicating with our training providers and the wider Nordex Company.
Keep the training databases up to date with the latest information including booking data and course completion certificates.
Arrange training, equipment orders, IT requests and other tasks for new starters joining the company.
Provide administrative assistance to the Field Support Technicians
Single point of contact for Local Operations for technical training bookings and questions
Liaise closely with the Global Technical Academy (Hamburg, Germany).
Order training materials and training supplies.
Arranging Customer Trainings
Education and Skills/Qualifications:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Relevant work experience in an administrative role or office management
Experience in organising training desirable
Experience in compiling training material
Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Administrative skills
Strong communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Personal Profile:
