Regional Finance Director

Scope of the Position:
The Regional Finance Director is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
Responsibilities:
Contribute in creating a corporate culture that is based upon open communication, respect, transparency and a high level of professionalism across the Region and the employees. Provide positive leadership and energy in support of YPH’s goal to be a Top 10 Global Operator by 2025.
Work under the direction of CFO of YILPORT Holding and Regional GM of Nordic to establish and implement key organizational goals, budgets, policies and KPIs for the Finance department.
Develop and implement the best overall corporate structure of the regional holding companies and current terminals and/or new terminals.
Develop the Finance team in terms of skillset, capabilities and functional competencies accordingly.
