Our region consists of around 121 stores across 6 markets Australia, New Zeeland, South Africa, Chile, Peru and Uruguay and a developing Online business. The region has great growth potential, and we are now taking steps towards a much more relevant Customer Offer by setting up a new Regional Team.
Job Description
As part of our future organization, we’re hiring a Regional Head of OMNI Merchandising to lead our Merchandising teams in the Sales markets in Region Southern Hemisphere. On this journey we are all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and in this role you will be a key player in making this happen in Region Southern Hemisphere. You will set priorities and way of working for the Region which will create synergies and growth.


Qualifications
Maximize profitable net sales and customer base
Drive and full accountability for omni net sales - ensure full understanding of your regional sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis
Responsible to set omni ways of working and processes for collaborating with Business Units and assortment team in the best way
Responsible for omni regional reduction plan to optimize profitable short and long-term selling and customer growth

Know your customers
Set and strategically drive the locally relevant assortment needs based on the omni commercial plan for the region ensuring local relevance across whole region.
Follow up and conclude the final customer offer, key learnings and commercial reviews for the region, and apply learnings of coming actions to improve customer offer
Manage and build successful cooperation with Sales Market teams, Logistics, Customer Activation and other relevant functions.
Prioritize between pushing product agenda and customer agenda

Demand & Supply
Develop top down omni demand plan together with regional team and Sales Market teams.
Create an omni supply plan based on demand à technical buying, stock targets, reduction cost targets togethers with Sales market teams and Business units.
Full accountability for omni buying levels and setting a growth driving strategy for region together with Business Units
Bring regional findings to global supply chain and roll out new ways of working for new initiatives in the region

Leadership
Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals
Identify and develop talents in order to build (future) omni organization and diverse team
Strengthen team and foster collaboration across channels, roles and functions

In addition to matching the personal profile we also seek the following qualifications:
+3 years of experience within merchandising, Assortment office or similar, preferably with omni retail knowledge
Strong and proven leadership experience with a focus to build highly performing teams in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical ability with experience in creating sales, stock and reduction estimates, budgeting and forecasting as well as E2E supply chain understanding
Sales-driven and have a strong commercial awareness and salesmanship
Driving transformation/setting and implementing strategies
Flexibility and adaptable to change, a strategic mindset

Additional information
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm and you will report to Regional Manager Southern Hemisphere.
