This premier bank has a strong foot-print in the Nordics and Internationally. It is recruiting a dynamic Regional Head of Trade Finance Operations fueled by major changes in IT and large projects of integration.
Din utmaning:
You will lead the Group’s Trade Finance Operations to drive the regionalization and standardization of its strategy for growth, people and operational efficiency, client servicing and enhanced operational controls management across all locations.You will lead the standardization and regionalization of Trade Operations policies, guidelines and procedures.You will work in close partnership with business and functional groups to ensure that operating environment (people, process and systems) is able to support their business strategy. You will plan & strategize for growth, operational efficiency.You will drive client servicing model and standards & operational controls across all locations.
Din bakgrund:
With at least 15 years relevant experiences in operational management and controls management.You will have a proven track record in operating as an effective leader overseeing multiple teams.With strong people management and communication skills, you will have a strong knowledge and experiences in Trade Finance products & operations processing.Familiar with trade finance international standards, practices, rules and regulations.The position will include extensive travelling.Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages is a must, with preference on Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
