Epiroc Nordics & Baltics is a well decentralized Customer Center, responsible for sales and service predominantly in Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics countries. Epiroc Nordics & Baltics is now seeking an engaging and result-driven Regional HR Manager to play a pivotal role in fostering talent, propelling organizational development, and steering the region towards sustained success and growth.

Your team
The role reports to the Regional General Manager and is part of the Epiroc Nordics & Baltics management team. The role is responsible for a team of 4 HR Business Partners in the region.
Your mission
The mission in this role is to shape the business and organizational landscape of the region, reflecting Epiroc's culture, core values, and strategies. You will establish and execute comprehensive People and Leadership agenda, driving a culture of continuous improvement and elevated performance across the region.

Leadership initiatives are central to the role, ensuring that leaders actively engage in People Management. Attracting, selecting, and nurturing top-tier talent and leading efforts in championing inclusion and diversity across the region is pivotal. You will promote Epiroc's "OneHR" model in collaboration with a team of HR resources from the region and Centers of Excellence, aimed at delivering an exceptional employee and manager experience. 

In times of change, you will take the lead in driving change management initiatives.  Establishing and driving a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy, managing regional pay adjustments and annual performance calibrations, safeguarding labor relations and ensuring alignment of policies and processes with regional HR colleagues is also part of the role. 
Your profile
Are you the Regional HR Manager we are looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with outstanding leadership skills who thrives on challenging the operational facets of HR and actively seeking out ways to enhance existing processes. Your communication and presentation skills enable seamless operation at both an operational and strategic level and your proficiency in change management allows for substantial strengthening of HR teams and processes. 

Your strength lies in your capacity to listen actively, fostering relationships and trust among diverse stakeholders. You're adept at inspiring others, leveraging a deep understanding of organizational development to support and coach people managers in making sound, strategic decisions for the organization's growth. With a keen eye for cultural diversity, you demonstrate an openness and empathy towards different cultures, a quality that underpins your ability to engage and inspire individuals across varied backgrounds.

Other requirements:
•    10 years in broad HR roles, preferably with experience in building and leading an regional HR-team
•    Relevant academic background
•    Experience aligning global HR strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards 
•    Experience working with works councils and labor law 
•    Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation
•    Fluency in English (Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian language is a plus).

Location and travel
This position can be located in Sweden (Stockholm or Örebro), Norway (Vestby) or Finland (Vanta). Occasional travel is required. Epiroc „Local +“ conditions can be considered.
