Regional IT Security Lead SE

ABB Power Grids is seeking a Regional IT Security Lead for Sweden. The incumbent drives security awareness, local implementation of security initiatives and coordinates the response to security incidents in the region.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for operational Information Security on regional level. Provide security liaison services to Power Grids units: consulting, assessments, incident support. You will be expected influence the business in matters of strategic importance regarding IT security.
Responsible to execute Information Security incident response on regional level: implement processes and procedures, drive incidents to resolution. Monitor Security Incidents and act as point of contact to executive stakeholders.
Drive PG Information Security Awareness strategy within the region.
Provide senior specialist skills for Information Security initiatives.
Responsible for execution of actions for assigned tasks in IS processes according to agreed RACIs and specification.
Solicits and motivates the team colleagues to deliver based on the highest level of qualities. Maintain relevant certifications in the Information Security Area. Attend internal and external trainings to stay up to date.
Providing expert guidance to senior leadership on technical security matters of high importance.
Balancing competing business and risk management priorities.

Your background
12+ years relevant experience in Security Liaison/Information Security.
Experience in the corporate level of large, global organizations.
Experience in Information Security Incident response in distributed, international environments.
Delivery of security-related services in strategically important initiatives: Consulting, awareness, training and/or assessments.
High business acumen; strong customer focus and service orientation.
Experience to operate in an international environment; limited travel (20%) required.
Experience in interacting with third party providers.
Experience with relevant Frameworks and Security Standards (NIST, ISO, …)
Excellent communication both within the IS environment and to the Business, up to senior/executive level.
Relevant Information Security Certifications (CISSP, etc.)
Fluency in verbal English and excellent English writing skills are essential.
