🙌 Your responsibilities.
Will lead a region of kitchens and have the kitchen managers as direct reports
Travelling will be a part of the position
Will open new kitchens in the region together with the expansion team
Hiring and managing the staff
Responsible for the region's business results, PnL responsibility

🤩 What about you?
Fast moving and energetic person
Team player as well as a strong sense of responsibility for own business results
Prior experience in operating one or multiple units in the retail or hospitality industry
Food industry is a plus but not a must
Legally allowed to drive in Sweden
Fluent in Swedish and English
