Regional Manager

We are now hiring a Regional Manager to our Account Management team in Stockholm. You will lead your team on a daily basis, and make sure the team gets the support needed to thrive and succeed. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- You will have full personnel responsibility which will entail recruiting, follow up the team that consists of 1 Team Leader and 10 Account Managers on a daily, weekly and on a monthly basis

- You will have the full responsibility regarding the results/KPIs of your team around “Stor-Stockholm”

- Together with our head of Account Management drive nationell commercial projects

- You will work cross functionally with various teams in Sweden such as for example our marketing team



YOU ARE

- Leadership skills - For you it’s a no-brainer to motivate your team by leading by example, your leadership skills and your humble approach will be crucial in this role!

- Analytical - You have an analytical mindset, and can easily follow up results as well as see business improvement areas

- Fearless - We think that you love to challenge your comfort zone, we do this every day!

- Results Oriented - If yes, awesome! Reaching results and to work towards high goals is a natural part of your daily work

- Self reliant - Even though we are working as a team, it’s important that you feel comfortable taking your own initiatives



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You probably have an university degree with a business approach, for example economics, IT, engineering, marketing or similar

- You probably have approximately two years experience of a similar role

- You have at least two years experience from a role with full personnel responsibilities and full budget responsibilities

- You have good knowledge in Excel (Office)

- It will be considered a plus if you have experience Salesforce

- You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing

- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from a fast paced environment from start-up/scale-up

- It will be considered a plus if you have experience from the restaurant industry
