We’re now recruiting a Regional Manager of HR. The role is responsible for oversees and spearheads the major HR activities in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The region includes seven countries and around 650 employees. You are part of the management team for the region and will work in close collaboration with country managers and responsible HR in each country. You report to the Executive Vice President located in the head office for the region in Gothenburg.
You are responsible for managing HR policies, systems, programs, and practices throughout the region and follow the JAS global standards. You provide leadership and coordination in all aspects of HR for the region. This role works with the management team to achieve the company’s goals and objectives regarding resource management, on-boarding, training & development, compensation, benefits, HR KPIs, and global projects for the region.

Qualifications and personality
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Experienced in both strategic and operational HR.
- Leadership and negotiation ability.
- International experience or exposure.
- Project management/change management is preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
- Experienced in Workday is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and written. Swedish or other Nordic language is preferred.
To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication and organizational skills. You need to be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to think strategically, handle problem solving and meet deadlines. It is very important that you have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and build good relations.
