Fitness24Seven is growing in Sweden and is now looking for someone who will have an overall responsibility for operations in region North. In February 2009, the first gym in region North, Vällingby was opened and today the region has 43 gyms. Your team includes employees at both our gyms and office staff, all of whom work to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.

We are looking for someone who can lead and develop our super talented team of young professionals.

To succeed in the position we believe that you like numbers and have a business oriented attitude. Furthermore you have good knowledge of operations and have relevant management experience. Finally we believe that it's a great advantage if you are dedicated to training and health.

Key Responsibilites as Regional Manager

Strategically develop Region North to ensure a high profit through hospitality and leadership throughout the operational organization

-
Setting a clear strategic direction for the region to improve Available, Fresh and Functional gyms (AFF) and customer service

Responsible of staff related- and work- environment- related issues within the region


Main tasks include

-
Overall responsibility for Fitness24Seven Region North including budget, result and managerial responsibility

Strategic development of Fitness24Seven's position in the market through market insights, traditional marketing campaigns and other marketing activities

Regular follow-up of the employees and sites

-
Implement company initiatives

-
Overall responsible for openings, closings & renovations of sites

Enable good cooperation with other departments/regions


The Profile - Background and Personality

-
A natural and experienced leader, minimum of 5 years of relevant leader experience, with a strong commercial and strategic mindset as well as good general business understanding.

-
Relevant experience of P&L responsibility is considered a strong plus and excellent financial understanding is a must

-
A very result oriented and driven person who can also be creative, take initiative and be determined to succeed

Good verbal & written English

Great communication skills, excellent coach and motivator who focuses on the team and has the ability to and interest in developing others and see them grow

Good IT knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

-
A relevant university degree is considered a plus


This is a substitute for parental leave, starting mars 2021 until April 2022 with possibilities of extension.

The position will be based at the Regional East and North headquartes in Kista and the position will report to the Business Area Manager Europe.
