Regional Marketing Manager
Lubrication Sales Nordic & CIS
SKF Lubrication's mission is to help our customers develop their lubrication management and automate so that they can increase their output, reduce their costs and increase their competitiveness with sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions. SKF Lubrication advices, develops, sells, installs and does services at lubrication systems used in all types of industrial equipment and on mobile applications. Customers include manufacturers of, among other things, forestry and construction machinery, passenger cars, trucks, equipment for the paper and mining industry, and packaging solutions.
In the role of Regional Marketing Manager - Lubrication Sales Nordic & CIS, you set the agenda for our marketing strategy, leading, coordinating and implementing marketing activities in close cooperation with the local country managers and their teams that develop our sales and SKF brand towards Distributors, OEMs and Aftermarket. You are part of the regional management team for Lubrication Sales Nordic & CIS Sweden where you actively contribute to the overall strategy with your knowledge and ideas on how we can develop our offering and strengthen the competitiveness of the industry. As Regional Marketing Manager, you will frequently go on trips with overnight stays, as well as within and outside your region.
Key responsibilities
• Lead, develop and collaborate with the teams across the region to create optimal value for SKF
• Define and drive the marketing plans in alignment with countries across the region
• Transform strategies and goals into effective marketing activities that create opportunities for increased sales and new business
• Run and implement marketing activities, product launches, projects, trade fairs and customer/distributor activities both independently and in cooperation with the team and other key players
• Collaborate with colleagues in marketing and communication both locally and globally, e.g. in the development and implementation of digital tools, to ensure global standards and strategies, etc.
Your profile
• We are looking for a person who have solid experience in marketing /marketing communication and with well-developed knowledge of overall marketing strategies.
• You have a good understanding for business and experience of linking customer requirements to marketing activities and business opportunities. Previous operational experience from sales is advantageous.
• You are motivated by collaborating with others and have strong drive, great commitment, enjoy developing yourself and others. Furthermore, you are good at building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
• We also see that you have excellent knowledge and experience in planning and project management.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English (skills in any other Scandinavian language is meritorious)
Additional information
The position is permanent starting as soon as possible.
Location is preferably Gothenburg, but it is flexible with the right candidate.
The position holder will report to the Regional Manager Lubrication Sales Nordic & Russia/CIS.
