Poolia is recruiting a proactive and business-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to Doro. The position is full-time and placed at the head office in Lund.

Arbetsuppgifter

The position primarily involves the responsibility of marketing in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland). Nordics represent approximately 25% of Doro’s revenues and is a key region for Doro.

You will also partially work with marketing in the Baltic countries, the U.S., Canada and Australia/New Zealand.

You will cooperate with the company's marketing, KAM/sales and product organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define the regional marketing plan in cooperation with HQ and the Nordic region
• Be in charge of Nordic marketing budget and its execution
• Liaising with local marketing, media, merchandising & PR agencies
• Social media in the Nordic region
• Organizing regional exhibitions and booths and national fairs
• Adapt all sales and marketing tools and assets to the region
• The correct translations and adaptations to local market
• Handling of the local Doro Web site and CRM activities
• Supporting customers and local launches
• Distributing timely Regional market feedback regarding marketing activities
• Ensuring that the brand identity is maintained through all agreed customer marketing activity and coordinates with KAM’s & customers to deliver this objective

The position will require travels approximately 10-15 days per year.

You will report to Global Marketing Director and in a dotted line to the Nordic’s Regional Manager.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing and we believe that you have at least 3 years of relevant experience from B2C.

Previous experience from the telecom or Internet industry and in communication and media is an advantage. Experience from an international and multi-cultural environment is valuable.

We are looking for candidates who are both product oriented and market oriented. You have a good technical understanding and you want to work closely with the sales, KAM and product organization.

You are a doer who has previous experience in the development of marketing plans and budgets, utilizing social and digital media and SEO, development of websites, using CRM as sales support, organizing fairs and exhibitions, public relations, branding etc. Previous experience from Magento (websites) and Salesforce (CRM) is valuable.

Fluency (oral and written) in English and one Scandinavian language is required for the position. You are a good communicator and have a professional written language. Knowledge of Danish is an advantage.
