Your mission
As a member of our Regional Planning & Logistics Management team you actively participate in the development of our supply chain, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, order management and overall supply chain performance management. You lead a team of supply chain professionals that execute our processes and strive towards high customer focus. The role is both operational and tactical, where you interact within regions having the responsibility to drive our sales and operations planning process
Key responsibilities include:
Act as a sounding board for our regional sales organizations.
Ensure a close collaboration and communication between our front and backline functions.
Drive and follow up on our key performance indicators.
Follow and drive our core values and incorporate team spirit in everything we do.
Lead by example and inspire and coach your team to ensure a continuous development of you and your team.

This position is based at our headquarters in Svedala – a fast and easy commute from surrounding cities such as Malmö, Lund and Ystad, and with our site located just across from the train station. We offer the possibility to work part-time remotely and some travel to our sales areas may occur.
About you
We’re looking for a leader with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and thorough expertise in supply chain management or logistics, preferably with a background in the industrial sector. Experience of finance and sales is a plus. Your experience is backed by a masters’ degree in Industrial Economics or other relevant field of studies. with a proven track record from leading teams, driving change projects and managing a diverse set of stakeholders in an international environment. You’re an advanced Microsoft Office user and have the ability to learn and work in new ERP environments. Preferably you have knowledge of working in systems, such as Voyager and SAP, and knowledge of demand, inventory or supply planning tools is essential. You’re Swedish-speaking and as we work in a global setting, excellent skills in English, both verbal and written, is required.
As well as your background is essential, we’re equally passionate about your personality. This position calls for excellent analytic, strategic and tactical skills and you’re responsive and humble towards the business and sales operations. You’re strategic, have an eye for details and an experienced and inspiring leader. Further, you actively interact with our stakeholders to establish a strong collaborative environment.
