In Supply Chain our mission is to create a competitive advantage for Epiroc through world-class supply chain processes and standards. As a part of this mission, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our operations, driving self-audit checks and implementation and process improvements of the M3 template and other Epiroc ERPs.
This is a temporary role of approximately 18 months.
Your mission
As Regional Process Specialist, your mission is to support the EMCA Regional Supply Chain Organization with operational and process continuous improvement expertise. This includes deep diving into processes and operations to achieve continuous improvements within different activity areas and rollouts. These include:
• Analyze supply chain operations, processes and reporting and make suggestions on how to improve them with tangible outcomes
• Identify and develop structured continuous improvement strategies across inbound replenishment and order fulfillment processes, including data gathering, business case development and implementation
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset and culture across supply chain operations via on-the-job application of problem solving tools and techniques
• Drive process standardization and operational adherence across the region (i.e Audits, SOPs)
• Working with the requirements on template development and improvements: analyze, solution and document according to program requirements
• Validate business benefit of the change/ improvement
• Work with BKUs (Business key users) to align requirements between the sites, if applicable and work cross functionally (with other streams) to secure cross functional fit
• Work with the global team to support development, testing, and deployment as well as cutover, integrations, and extensibility
• Support BKU community: FAQs, development of training material
• Mapping rollout side and identify existing process fit towards template
• Identify, document and solution GAPs
• Support change management
• Play an active role during go live and hyper care period
• Work as team player with the implementation team
Once the initiative or systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence and development in the regional organization. You will also act as the link between the Global Process Specialists and the Regional users. This means providing concrete feedback on processes and provide improvement suggestions to the global team. Additionally, also facilitate training and support to the regional user teams.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.

Your profile
• We see that you have a university degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• You also need some years’ experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives in Supply Chain operations and processes; from identification, process mapping, data gathering and analysis, to business case presentation and project implementation.
• Supply Chain management experience (such as order management, planning, warehousing or transportation) is a benefit but not essential.
• You must have ERP experience, preferably M3, as well as expert level knowledge of supply chain ERP systems. It is beneficial if you also have experience in ERP, warehouse management systems and/or transport management systems design and implementation.
You are a curious and flexible person, driven by a fast-paced environment with an innovative and problem-solving attitude. You are structured with an analytical mind-set and experience in working independently with process improvements towards strict deadlines. Further, you are a service-oriented team player with great communication skills and a solid intercultural sensitivity and adaptability - to successfully align different interests in an efficient way!
For this role you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
