Regional Product Line Manager - Mining Crushing

Key performance areas As RPLM your main qualifications and tasks include: - Developing direct customer relationships with key clients and helping the sales teams with technical issues.- Training the local Sales Units (SU).- Formulating forecasts, budgets and price strategies.- Functioning as the link between the region (sales) and the segment (production), delivering feedback on quality performance to all units supplying the products.- Supporting determination of appropriate transfer price structure and business intelligence for the product line. The location of this position is flexible and the person will be located in an SU in Europe.The position includes international travelling on a weekly base, adding up to at least 75-100 days/year.Your profile The ideal candidate is a trained engineer and/or has the equivalent experience of C&S and at least ten years' experience within this industry.The position is product support oriented but skills within sales are required as well as the ability to support the marketing division.You have good knowledge of the equipment and the application of the equipment for crushers, screens and conveyors.Experience from working with projects like EPC (turnkey projects) and of mining C&S is a requirement, as is good knowledge of surface and underground mining. As this position includes extensive international contacts, fluency in English is necessary.Other languages, such as German, are meritorious.
