Regional Program Manager Capacity Optimization
Reporting to the PMO regional lead, the Capacity Optimization Program Manager is key actor of the EMEA MAKE region to drive continuous improvement programs through Lean Manufacturing and Johnson & Johnson Production System (JJPS) tools to set a program for optimizing IMs capacity utilization.
Scope includes OEE and direct manpower optimization in all IMs across EMEA, working together with the local MEXs, science & process engineers and regional JJPS teams and aims to set programs to consistently increase OEE while achieving the agility and reliability targets in manufacturing.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead JJPS/MEX site and franchise portfolio and target setting at IMs in EMEA in alignment with the and Supply Chain EMEA vision and expectations to deliver business value towards Reliability, Agility, and Financial Competitiveness, focusing on OEE and manpower optimization, ensuring that all activities are completed according to applicable regulation, and J&J policies for EHS, Quality or other relevant Compliance requirements
Coordinate all JJPS/MEX activities and/or global/regional programs to ensure a perfect execution of assigned projects within set due-dates, budget, and other relevant KPIs
Contribute to savings pipeline through identified projects
Lead regular process reviews and analysis, using lean methodologies to implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the cost competitiveness of EMEA IMs sites with higher productivity
Support JJPS/MEX program through Change Management process
Develop collaboration with Site relevant functions to identify and bring improvement opportunities
Develop new tools and capabilities of all site teams as per JJPS capabilities evaluation or other J&J programs
Connect strongly with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs/urgency to improve specific areas with active participation and accountability
Bring External Benchmark by facilitating exchange of best practices across the network (Regional & Global)
Update and support data collection, tracking and reporting; including ensuring Site Performance reviews
Qualifications - External
Experience:
At least 5-10 years’ experience in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain of FMCG or Pharmaceutical or related industry
Experience outside Manufacturing such as Supply Chain, Maintenance, Planning, Lean Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sourcing would be a plus
Outstanding ‘lean attitude’ and willingness/ability to learn fast
Fluent in English, other languages desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and in particular PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint

Education
University Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
Lean / Six Sigma / Green Belt certification is a plus
