For the North, East and Central European Region in Gothenburg, Lund, Jonkoping, Malmo or Helsingborg we are looking for a:
Regional Rail Gateway Operator
Key Tasks:
- Shipment coordination within Europe and predominantly China
- Pricing of pre- and on-carriage for Europe
- Optimisation of available space and rates (FAK, Baskets, NAC) to secure best possible allocation usage and Gross Margin
- Active allocation control and steering
- Close cooperation with rail operations in European countries and ensuring green light process
- EDI / IRIS booking control
- Support of rail operation in case of escalation
- Track & Trace
- Data Quality Check / Milestone Check
- Preparation for CW1 autorating revenue & costing
Your profile:
- Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience within Freight Forwarding or the logistics industry
- Ideally knowledge of both Rail & Ocean Freight
- Advanced knowledge of CW1 and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Systematic approach
- Ability to see both the bigger picture and the details
- Ability to be motivated through own results
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
