ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Sales Coordinator your job is to execute on GLAS expansion strategy in Germany and Austria by adopting tactical best-practices.
This include targeting, negotiating and closing prominent celebrities/influencers, content creation and CRM activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Partnerships (50%) - find and close partnerships with prominent influencers / celebrities in DE/AT that we will use in Paid Marketing together with our Facebook experts.
Content (20%) - manage / create local content for DE, work with new product releases in the market.
Facebook (10%) - improve local ads, performance responsibility
CRM (10%) - create local emails, newsletters and content pieces
PR (10%) - create a buzz in DE with local papers, magazines, blogs about Glas as a brand



WHO YOU ARE
Entrepreneurial mindset (get things done) with strong sales skills (ABC)
Passionate about content marketing and e-commerce
You take ownership and are motivated by scaling GLAS presence in the local market
Preferred experience: Account Manager (1-2 yrs)
Perfect Knowledge and understanding of the German market, landscape and culture
Ability to work autonomously, methodically and structured
Ambitious, result-driven and willing to work hard
Educational background within marketing, sales, communication and/or similar
Written and verbal communication skills in German and English (native)

Location: Sthlm at our office and/or remote
Time period: 6 months probationary period
Start: September or according to agreement
Compensation: according to agreement
