WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Be responsible for a team of 7 Sales Representatives, recruit and train new team members
Train Jr Sales Representatives & Sales Representatives by shadowing and giving feedback on weekly basis, providing field training and one-on-ones weekly
Follow up and report on team performance to Head of Sales on a weekly basis
Work with OKRs to make sure we reach the targets and be active in regional cross functional meetings

QUALIFICATIONS
It will be considered a plus if you have an YH or University degree
You have at least two years experience of a similar role which includes full personnel and budget responsibilities
You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
You have good knowledge in Excel (Office)
It will be considered a plus if you have experience from Salesforce or similar CRM tool
You come from a fast paced environment such as start-up/scale-up
It will be considered a plus if you have experience from the restaurant industry

Start date: As soon as possible.
